Shipping & returns
What if it doesn’t work for me?
We offer a 14-day return policy for both defective and non-defective items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days and we’ll cover the return shipping.
If the item doesn’t suit your needs but isn’t defective, you may still return it—just make sure it’s in resalable condition with original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days within the U.S. This includes 1–2 business days of handling and 4–6 days for delivery.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
We process orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You can track the delivery status directly through the carrier's website.
Will I pay customs?
No. Since all our orders are shipped from the U.S. to U.S. addresses, no customs fees apply.

Where can I find information on sustainability?
Email support@hawacool.shop within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photo/video proof. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and issue a refund within 5 business days of processing.
Can I return a product if it’s not defective?
Yes. You may return non-defective items within 14 days of delivery if they are undamaged and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and we recommend using tracked services (USPS/UPS/FedEx). Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
What’s covered under warranty?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as:
- Glass imperfections
- Faulty wiring in lighted mirrors
What is not covered?
We do not cover:
- Damage from incorrect installation
- Water exposure on non-bathroom mirrors
- Scratches or cracks from misuse
- Damage from impact or drops
